How did you edit the colourful headlights? Is this with Photoshop? When yes than tell me how can I do it?

@MichaelCarphotography: It's not photoshoped, its Polarized filter for camera lens.
Its mostly used to get less reflection and more blue sky but some spotters find out that if you shoot car headlights it actually makes some nice colorful effect like on pic 2 :)
