That's just a badge; it was developed by Ferrari, but the man wanted his 6 cilinder models to be named after his son Dino. The engine wás used in other cars (e.g. the Stratos), but Dino can be considered as a make on its own, and not a part of Fiat.
The car Ãs beautiful, but Ferrari fans - I'm one too - often prefer the GT version, because the 'fixed top'-roof has the same 'feminine' lines as the rest of the car. The Targa version has a flat roof, which is not thát nice.
