This spot thinks it complies with the event rule because I spotted the car at a hotel in BP and at Hösök Square. As far as I know, there is nothing wrong with an F1 pilot driving the car because the Hungaroring is about 30 km away. This car did not take part in the usual Ferrari parade held during the F1 weekend. Checking Ferrari parade video: https://youtu.be/gWBl2ExWShU Driver: Carlos Sainz
