I watched a Florida tagged family bull ( RPSL10 ) park in a space directly in front of my position as I was taking pics of a Bugatti that I had spotted from the road before that car entered the " 1212 Lincoln Road Shopping Mall Parking Structure " located off of 16th Street in South Beach.
