TYI spotted this 6x6 in Columbus Ohio a few weeks ago and now it's chillin' in our nation's capital. This beast definitley needs a bath, but being as it drove from Columbus to D.C. the filth makes sense - and it also means it's being driven correctly. Very stoked to have spotted this. Actually, I would have waited to post this because there's a rule in place where if a particular car gets SOTD, that same car cannot get spot of the day again for another 30 days to keep the results fresh. It got put in place after many users were complaining of the same "star cars" getting SOTD over and over again:

@Rivitography Not sure but I think it still gets voted on since it is spotted in a different city, and it is a star spot. I think it is mainly for the same car in the same spot.

@OPspotters How exactly do star spots work? I always thought that if a plate got spotted for the first time it got a star, but if the same plate got spotted again, it wouldn't get a star.

@Rivitography For example, a spotter finds a Huracan in Ohio (plate: 123 ABC) and it is the first time that it has been spotted on the site, it will get a star. But imagine if you find the same Huracan (123 ABC) in Florida (Miami). You will also get a star since you were the first one to spot this car in that specific city. :) Hope I answered your question.

@dare2drive Gotchya, honestly I feel like it should be like how I thought it was at first because that way you can set a filter so you don't end up seeing the same car twice while browsing through AG, but whatever.

@Rivitography it is exactly how @dare2drive spells it out. We us spotters don't deal with it that much since there are not too many spotters in the same city, so 99% of all our spots are star spots.
Sucks I'll probably never see one of these badasses down in Texas. Definitely a great catch and don't worry, the shots look great!

@MKSpots it all depends where you are going...go to my city and Muscle is 95% of the scene. Going to Cali or Florida and you will find more European exotics. US is the largest market for Lambo and Ferrari and now for Pagani as well.
