My girlfriend , and I headed down to Jacksonville to visit with her parents before we headed down to Miami. As we left the airport, and headed down to our Hotel we spotted a Florida tagged 918 (GRXA80 ) parked in a end space all by itself at the Hilton Garden Inn off of Ranch Road. We immediately pulled into the lot, and after searching for my point, and shoot camera we were able to squeeze off a few shots before the owner claimed his car. We watched him drive away only using electric power. That was unbelievable not to hear that engine exhaust.The next morning before the sun came up went back to get some pics however the car was not there. I was so disappointed . Later that evening heading back to our Hotel we spotted her again parked in the lot with a Cayman GT4. Thank God for second chances.

@lyon1845, Hi Alen, and thank you! After 15 years of spotting I am thinking I may never get the chance to post up A F50 or something similar in the prancing Horse stable. But I am always optimistic my friend! Just seen your post, and it did not disappoint. excellent quality even with out a proper camera. But I am not surprised! Great find! Looks almost identical to the one I've spotted a couple times. Honestly though, I think the Cayman GT4 would be more enjoyable on a daily basis; I got to sit in the 918 I spotted, and it's so difficult to get into and out of that it would be difficult for me personally to drive it frequently.

Thank you Henry, Nick, and Thom for your comments. I really appreciate you guys. The spontaneous spot is the reason why I still spot on a regular basis since 2002. My girlfriend says I act like a little kid because I still scream out what ever car or model I see. I hope you guys have a great weekend.

Your story is interesting. This kinda shit in carspotting happen to me too several times but when everything goes right, I always have a nice story to remember. Very nice spot, too, man!
