De Eifel is en blijft een schitterende omgeving, maar met een fantastisch klinkende V10 van de Carrera GT maakt het nóg lekkerder! Dit had ik absoluut nooit verwacht tijdens Industry Pool! Helaas is Porsche met de Carrera GT wel voor een reden bij de Nürburgring. In 2023 is namelijk door Porsche een terugroep actie aan alle Carrera GT eigenaren, wereldwijd, uitgegaan. Dit heeft te maken vanwege corrosie van de bevestigingsbouten op de voor- en achteras, welke kunnen afbreken. Daarbij het strenge advies van Porsche, om tot nader bericht en onderhoud aan zijn/haar Carrera GT, niet met de krachtige V10 te rijden. Hoogstwaarschijnlijk is Porsche dus tijdens Industry Pool deze week het e.e.a. aan het testen met de Carrera GT. De terugroep actie is vervelend, maar voor mij bizar om een gele Carrera GT te zien én te horen!
